I’m diabetic and also have cardiovascular diseases. A year ago I stepped on a nail and the punch wound developed bone infection, then gangrene, and the wound remained open for a long time. Recently I enrolled into a vascular surgery clinic and underwent revascularization there. The doctors there dressed my foot ulcer with Winvivo ointment. A week later when the dressing was changed at the clinic, the nurse was stunned to find that the wound bed was already half-filled w/ granulation tissue. The product has healed a deep wound of a diabetic patient. I would highly recommend it to any diabetic patient.

Patients with diabetes are at high risk for foot ulcerations, which can often become infected. It is estimated that 25% of all diabetic will develop a diabetic ulcer. The goal of therapy should be to heal the ulcer as fast as possible to minimize the chance of infection. In our wound clinic we have started using Winvivo wound ointment not only for diabetic foot ulcers but on other types of slow healing wounds. The results have been fantastic. I would like to report some very good news. I have been using the Winvivo wound ointment for a full 3 weeks now, w/ dressing change every 3 days. I had very bad eczema and would scratch until the skin would bleed. It was very painful and the steroids would make it a little better...until the next scratch. it was a vicious circle and my skin just could not heal. I tried ALL creams out there - Aquaphor, Cetaphil, skin food, natural creams from whole foods, steroid creams, etc. Nothing really helped heal except this. Even when I scratched and applied this Winvivo cream right away on the scratched are it would heal amazingly almost completely overnight. This really helped my skin heal, even the lesions which were there for months and I gave up hope of it going away. I really hope that people who have eczema hear about and try this cream. From a person who really suffered from this I can say from the bottom of my heart that this stuff works!!!!

I bought the wound ointment for a skim boarding accident I had. I ended up with a huge bruise and lots of scrapes all over my thigh. I just smeared the ointment on the injured area and covered it with a gauze dressing. After the first night, I could sit down without too much pain, and after 5 days the area was completely healed and I was back to normal. This product is so amazing. Initially I bought it for the accident, but I now find that I am able to use this to treat all kinds of sports injuries! I have had painful shin splints from gymnastics, and when I use this product during my sleep, I am able to exercise without any pain the next day.
