CASE 1G

Female, Age 57
History: Deep fissures in thumbs due to psoriasis for 30 years; Prior treatment w/ Triamcinolone failed to heal
Treatment: Clobetasol (one thumb) b.i.d.; WINVIVO (another thumb) b.i.d.
Complete wound closure after 5 days

Foot with open wound on big toe. The wound has red tissue and a yellow-white border.
Foot with a deep, red ulcer on the ball, with slight discoloration; week 2 of treatment.

CASE 2G
Male, Age 83
History: Basal cell carcinoma removed by Mohs surgery & defects repaired by melial transposition flap; Dermabrasion to revise scars on flap edges; 
Treatment: WINVIVO b.i.d.
Complete wound closure after 7 days

Foot with deep, open ulcer. Skin is swollen and discolored. The ulcer is reddish with exposed tissue.
Wound on leg, Week 4. The open sore is reddish-brown with surrounding pale skin.

CASE 3G

Female Age 75
History: Forehead squamous cell carcinoma excised
Treatment: Wound treated w/ WINVIVO; Dressing changed every 1-3 days
Complete wound closure after 8 weeks

CASE 4G
Female, Age 62
History: Had a sore on lower right leg for many years; About 1.5 years ago had a biopsy of the site which was determined to be benign; Biopsy wound became dry and itchy, bled upon rubbing, and subsequently healed w/ a thick scab. 
Treatment: Applied WINVIVO to the scab and the peri-wound area, and dressed w/ a bandage. Two days later upon dressing change the scab dislodged from the skin and was attached to the WINVIVO layer. Continued treatment w/ WINVIVO for another 3 days healed the lesion completely.
Complete wound closure after 5 days

CASE 5G

Female, Age 67
History: Dermatitis at base of nostril that was induced by chronic rhinorrhea (runny nose); Failed to respond to several month treatment of Allegra-D, Desonide ointment, HC-butyrate cream, Metrogel, Mupirocin ointment, Ayr saline nasal gel and Desitin.
Treatment: Treated w/ WINVIVO for 4 weeks and dermatitis resolved w/o recurrence.
Complete wound closure after 4 weeks
