The U.S.-Asia Technology Management Center of Stanford University welcomed WinVivo’s CEO Dr. Shirley Chen to share her experience as a healthcare entrepreneur in Silicon Valley. The event was held at the Nvidia Auditorium at Stanford, April 29, 2011.

Dr. Chen discussed the founding and growth of WinVivo. She also focused her message on the importance of developing cost-effective, sustainable solutions to chronic health problems that cost more than 70% of healthcare expenditure in America.

Based on WinVivo’s founding philosophy of "Using Food as Medicine" Dr. Chen explained why synergistic combinations of balanced nutrients from plants can be effective in maintaining a healthy immune balance and promoting the body’s innate ability to heal itself.

Dr. Chen’s presentation included visually compelling evidence of WinVivo’s Healing Balm that provoked the audience to ask many pertinent questions. In addition, many of the attendees expressed appreciation of WinVivo’s pioneering efforts in bridging the East and West to provide innovative remedies addressing chronic health issues.
